Staff was friendly, check-in and check-out early and late was accomodated a bit

Extremely dirty and unhygienic approach ways in narrow gallis of Banares. While this is unavoidable, it should be mentioned - there was cow dung, construction work and what not. Basically one cannot bring their trolley bag. Staff was very friendly and helpful but hygiene within the facility was another big concern. Room had a dingy smell and terrace and kitchen area also wasn't exactly of the best standards as depicted.

Property in best location and feel comfortable there

I had the most incredible experience during my long stay at the hostel! Not only was everything conveniently within reach, but it was also just a few steps away from the ghats - an extra bonus that made it even more wonderful. The staff at the hostel are vvv friendly and helpful, always just a phone call away! They consistently go above and beyond to assist with anything you need. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, especially their slightly dim atmosphere. It's a perfect touch. The sheets are regularly changed, and the washrooms are always kept clean. Banaras holds a special place in my heart, and this stay only made the experience even more amazing. I can't wait to go back!
