La posizione è ottima. Lo staff ha sempre risposto alle mail in breve tempo, cercando di accontentare le nostre richieste.

Mancavano le pentole adatte per cucinare, c'era solo una pentolina ma noi eravamo in 5. Lo staff in un paio di giorni ne ha portata un'altra piccola e siamo riuscite ad arrangiarci. Mancava la scopa, i sacchetti per la raccolta differenziata. Abbiamo richiesto anche degli asciugamani piccoli.

Ok rom og fint kjøkken og greit oppholdsrom. Veldig sentralt.

Veldig lytt i huset, så vi hørte når naboene flytta en stol. Siden det ligger til hovedgate med trafikk var det en god del bråk fra gata på fredag og lørdag kveld og natt.

The location and apartment itself were great.

The only thing was that we were there over the weekend and Friday and Saturday nights are quite noisy even with the windows closed. Sunday night was great.

The property is located on the main street in Reyjavik, consequently noisy until late at night. Then street cleaner comes past at 0600hrs

Good location, very good and detailed arrival instructions and good communication with host.

Street noise but expected

Like: Clean, modern, good sized rooms (inc bathroom). Very central location so easy to navigate to and from. Dislike: Constant noise from the main street, limited kitchen facilities e.g. microwave.

Excellent location, beautiful apartments with lovely clean rooms. We brought a group of young people here on an exchange visit as a youth work team and they had a lovely time exploring Reyjavik, made more comfortable by these apartments

Communication leading up to the trip could have been a little better and made me feel anxious about getting what we needed. We had a young person who ended up unable to share a bed with her sister as originally planned and I was initially told bedding would be provided for the couch. Then that this wasn't possible. We did eventually get bedding for the couch but this became an anxiety until our arrival.
