Location very good hotel excellent and staff very helpful will visit again highly recommend

I had a disappointing experience at Pinebreeze Holiday Resort. The overall quality did not meet my expectations. The bed facility was not comfortable, and the cooking gas provided seemed very old and unsafe to use. The room itself was too small, with very limited space and too many unnecessary items inside, making it feel cramped. The kitchen area was also not up to standard — the sink was not clean, which is very unhygienic. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement. I would not recommend this place unless these issues are addressed.

Staff unfriendlyness, cleaness of the room, room facilities not functional.

The location of the facility

Cleanliness is very poor, the toilet seat was broken and bathroom was full of old stain, the beddings were torn out and very old, also the towels were old, smelt of Chlor or strange chemical. The food was not of Standard.
