My stay at this hotel was simply extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was absolutely beautiful, with a unique design that made it feel special and unlike any other place I’ve stayed before. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. Every single person was exceptional — from the lovely ladies at the reception, to the amazing restaurant team, and even the gentleman at the valet. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can truly feel that they care about their guests. The atmosphere of the place is incredibly warm and welcoming. It’s one of those rare places where you feel comfortable and at home from the very first moment, something that is not always easy to find, even in high-end hotels. Without a doubt, this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special place to stay.

Food dont have much option for vegetarians

I liked the staff, they were very attentive. They checked vehicles to make sure you had everything, they checked drivers to make sure they were picking up appropriately, when an issue arose they handled immediately. They were very accommodating to food restrictions. They provided Take Away breakfast if excursions left before breakfast started. They provided a ride to Villa when it was raining.

I didn't feel like they were cleaning so much as just straightening up. That could be improved. Because it is Bali, there a small things that can get into your room. They may leave little unwanted gifts on the bed.
