Taman Dharmawangsa Suites

Veldig fint og rolig sted, godt egnet for familie med barn. Romslige suiter med god plass til 2 voksne og 3 barn. Svømmebassenget var et stort pluss og ble brukt daglig – perfekt for både lek og avslapning. Personalet var vennlige og hjelpsomme, og området føltes trygt og privat. Pent uteområde og behagelig atmosfære.

Beliggenheten er litt tilbaketrukket, så man er avhengig av taxi/scooter for å komme seg rundt. Frokosten kunne vært litt mer variert, spesielt med tanke på barn. Lite støy rundt oss. Kunne vært mer oppbevaringsplass til klær.

Spacious layout—both shared living areas and bedrooms, each with full ensuite. Swimming pool was great as well.

Villa was slightly removed from the main resort complex—only a 3 minute walk, though. The general location of the villas/resort is not pedestrian-friendly. Plenty of taxis/rideshare services available, though.

The reception was great, the staff were very courteous and helpful. They did their best to make our stay comfortable. Overall service was great. They were very helpful when my friend had a small accident. They rushed him to emergency and stayed there till he was treated and dropped him back to the villa. We appreciate the kind gesture on their part.

The facilities like the pool, was good to have, but it did not have a rail to get in and out of the pool. this was a disappointment, as we went prepared to use the pool. It is more for younger people who can jump in and strong enough to lift themselves up. But for over 65's there is no safety getting in and out. Something the Villa needs to consider. . The lounge had only one 3 seat sofa for a family of four, an extra chair or two can be added for convenience.

This villa was a peaceful, calm retreat. The staff was exceptional in hospitality. Very welcomed from the moment of arrival. Villa was clean, a great lay-out for privacy and rest. Would be a pleasure to stay again.

Breakfast was good, location an issue as had to organise taxi`s to go anywhere

The rooms on their website didn`t reflect the room we got on arrival, I felt it was a bit false advertising as the rooms on the booking wasn`t the room we actually got
