Breakfast is good. Food quality is good. Staff is amazing and very helpful.

The rooms and all were good. The staff was also pleasant and courteous.

The deal breaker was the restaurant. The food was not at all good, especially the dal, it was pathetic. The food was very bland.

Good Rooms with Good facilities. Checkin process was simple.

Food service. due to the change in staff, the overall food service was messedup. No breakfast buffet which ruined it more as we had to wait for long to get our food. In the dinner, they didnt really had any fixed menu i guess and it was just printed on a piece of paper which was surprising. One of the sabzis which we ordered had butter paper inside. There were only 2 ladies who were taking orders and were most of the time inside the kitchen which kept it difficult for us to keep track of.

Service was poor as i believe they have recently opened (15th January 2025 ) Food quality needs to be improved. For dinner service, cloth napkins be used.

Staying in this property is total waste of money. We were staying in room number 101/102 two families. This is a SHAME for STERLING group. 1) Firstly it is in the middle of nowhere. The rooms have very bad furniture. The bathrooms don’t have hand wash , shower cubicle and basic amenities like hair dryer and other kits. There is no space to keep anything near sink. No pegs to hang the clothes in bathroom . The flush and faucet were leaking. Floor Matt was super dirty and pale colored. Baby mouse was roaming around . And when we told the front desk , he said we will provide if you ask even for soap. 2) In dining room the table Matt’s were super dirty as if these were never cleaned, had stains of food everywhere. I told them to remove. 3) The food was tasteless spicy and very limited things in buffet . For morning breakfast they didn’t have toaster and giving bread browned on a roti Tawa. Totally untrained staff. For all these things they are charging Rs 10,000/- per night. In my opinion it’s not worth more than 2000/- Rs a night property. I am not expecting anything luxury but basic amenities are lacking. BADAMI is a historical place and tourist have to stay atleast for a night. Hotels shouldn’t fool them. I will never go there again and it’s a big SHAME FOR BOOKING. COM to promote and list such properties ( shelter)on its portal.

Visited with family of 3, in the month of Jan25. The property is new and just been taken over by Sterling group. Having taken over just a few months back, the rooms are in a really great shape and fabulous to stay in. The resort gives a vibe of a silent ambience and serenity. It's located quite conveniently to the major attractions. House keeping was upto the mark, however the staff is new and need to be trained to better standards.

The resort needs to back itself up in terms of the facilities available and advertised. There is a huge sit out area in front of the reception , which is bare and has some sporting equipment which is dated and broken. The menu offers hardly any variation and is very limited. The food cooked was also spicy and needs to cater to every taste bud, which was sadly missing from a resort of this stature. The rooms are great to stay in and relax, however the approach road leaves a lot to be desired. It's rough and difficult to traverse.
