Good management. We were not satisfied with our initial room located below the noisy recreation room. The management immediately upgraded and moved us to a superb, spacious room/cottage with a huge bathroom. All rooms have a pleasant terrace. Delightful, large, long, swimming pool. Freshly decorated rooms in a natural setting. Friendly and efficient staff. Special thanks to the pool manager who went out of his way to make us very comfortable. Note. About 250r to go from the bus station to this hotel.

The hotel is new and feels slightly unfinished at the moment.

A lovely hotel in a quiet spot outside Badami. The staff were all very helpful and efficient: helping me to book a bus, find a rickshaw etc. The flowered paths are a delight, the pool wonderful at the end of a busy day, the food good, the room large, with coffee/tea maker, bed very comfortable and the bathroom sublime. Very recommendable.

Nothing. ( although there are so many light switches, it's very difficult to remember which one is for which light!)

Adequate breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff.

A little rough around the edges but more than enough for a quick stay.

Property is not yet ready and opened up for guest prematurely. Insufficient staff. No amanities. Exorbidant rates charged. Wouldn't even pay half of what I have paid.

Since it is quite new,still few things are required in room like hangers in cupboard,dental kit in washroom rest is ok
