The breakfast was good the location was in the interior which can be accessed only by your own vehicle

I did not like the housekeeping because when we checked in there were no towels, drinking water bottle and they were not aware that the payment for the rooms were made in advance. I had to show the trabsaction details. although booking.com says that i have to pay at the hotel they sent a seperate mail asking me to pay in advance for confirmation of room. The occupancy was only 50% on the day of my check in.

Nice property with great service. They provide good food also.

It would be great to have some more services like spa as everybody will have some time in the evening to relax.

The stay was nice, clean washroom and beds

Food was not good even after paying huge price both breakfast and dinner was very bad

The cottage was big and comfortable. Staff was friendly and did their best to make us comfortable with the limited resources provided to them.

Many things are broken and no proper upkeep. The management is poor and infrastructure is not good. Manpower is also not sufficient for such a big property

Staff courteous but not professional and needs to be trained properly. Please see photo for further details. It was raining and the pathway to the room was muddy. As there were no doormats we had to leave our dirty shoes outside. Maintenance and upkeep of the property needs to be improved.
