Sunshell luxury apartment

The space is modern, as advertised, and was mostly clean. The owners were very responsive and using the key box to check in and out was very convenient. The price was appropriate for the property. It is very spacious and well-appointed. We had plenty of clean towels and some basic cooking utensils/spices. The area should be quiet, as it’s tucked away, but there was some construction during the day across the street. Obviously, the owners can’t control that and to be honest, you’d be hard pressed to find anywhere in Malta that doesn’t have construction noise. At least this was minimal.

The main bed was not comfortable at all and it could definitely use a change of mattress or a memory foam topper. The kitchen could be better equipped (with more utensils and oven mitts) and it is showing some signs of wear and tear. The water pressure in the shower is absolutely awful (although it’s a very nice shower!).
