Fortino vecchio apartment

The property is huge, it’s super modern and has everything you need. Very spacious rooms, good-working AC. The apartment is located not in city center, but you can either take a bus or walk for 10-15 minutes to get to the main attractions. There are some local stores nearby (e.g. Gelateria S.Lucia where you can get Granita just for 1.3€). The host is super friendly, she recommended some local places to us and generally is very helpful. The instructions of how to check in are clear and it’s easy to find the flat and get in. There also some sweets at home (e.g. Croissants, Marmelade etc.) and most importantly water. So, everything was amazing and we would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Very well equiped, clean, modern, spacious apartment. Kitchen is fully equiped, washing machine is available. Smart televisions ín every room. Very kind and helpful host. We recommend the place.

It was an excellent apartment - large and comfortable. We had everything needed for a family stay. The kitchen was great, beds good size. The location is ok. It is close to the city center but still 20 min walking. There are lots of local restaurants, markers, sweet shops.

It was noisy. Heavy traffic outside. Also there was no natural light in the apartment.

The hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips where to eat in Catania. The apartment is newly decorated, clean and spacious. 100% recommended.

The door and window overlooking the street should be sound-proof. You could hear every car passing by.

Fantastic apartment, quite large - laundry room, kitchen/dining, massive shower, separate lounge and good sized bedroom with ample storage. All rooms with air conditioning and TV's. Easy walking to centre and many restaurants and grocery stores close by. Enrica was fabulous and easily contactable via WhatsApp. She provided quick and helpful responses to any queries we had. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Catania.

Would easily rate a 10 apart from WiFi is a little spotty. Able to watch movies/YouTube but found couldn't get onto internet.

The house is all renovated, super clean and its very big. Simply perfect!

I did like everything!

Everything was perfect, especially the shower. Netflix was an unexpected bonus and Enrica the hostess, although we didn’t meet her in person, was always ready to help with enquiries.

Perhaps firmer pillows would be better
