The staff was unfriendly, and there appeared to be a lack of proper administration. The room was extremely dirty and did not match the description or images advertised. The toilet was not functioning properly, there was no hot water available, no electricity backup during outages, and no visible security on the premises. Additionally, we were promised a balcony view, which was not provided. Overall, the accommodation was falsely advertised. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we were forced to leave earlier than planned. The experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the amount paid.
