Majestic Haven Guesthouse

Some staff were friendly but kept seeing dodgy people around. It felt unsafe.

Rooms not accomodating. No air-conditioning, no television, shower without walls. No proper welcoming and no instructions given

The rooms are clean and spacious.

The staff does not communicate well with the guests and the toilets are incomplete.

They do not provide any breakfast, nor tea. as a disabled person I am not happy at all because the place does not comply. I even fell at the entrance because it is not even. the room is very small for a disabled person. there are no handrails to hold on at the shower or bathroom. the rooms are very much dirty. Poor service, no administration, no security. VERY BAD.

I expected a place that is compliant with disability policies.
