The location was prime area in Goa

For a Suite, nothing inside was upto the mark, bathtub broken, TV un-operational, mosquitos everywhere. Only breakfast available in property, no in-house restaurant, lift works for going up, coming down need use stairs, frequent electricity shut outs, i can keep going

Pathetic place. The room did not have a television. Telephone did not work. No kettle. Breakfast started at 9. The ac was going on and off. The property staff was such laggard and not at all welcoming. There was no pool view to the room. Overall the most pathetic experience I have had

There is nothing good about this place.. they are fraud

They are fraud .. we booked suite they alloted us 2 seperate rooms that too both rooms were far from each other. On questioning they made stories said other guests extended sometimes they said they checked in morning.. they made my wife speak to guests whoo were given suite at night. we had reach at 9pm and were given suite at 12 night.. they dont have parking facilities.. owner himself parks his 2 cars .. my car was towed .. rooms are pathetic no lights AC not working.. other family was also fighting

Garden and location

The bathroom of our room 102 had a drainage smell, no maintenance of the rooms. Not worth the money we spent. Breakfast place is overcrowded. Breakfast Time is only 9-10.30 Spending 8000/- per day was a waste of money. Horrible attitude of receptionist. Arrogant.

The property is nice but it needs a renovation.

Their staff is not active ( lazy or not active)

it’s location is good and the restaurant staff were good.

It’s poor maintained, towels were washed once upon a time, toilet maintenance is poor, no proper lighting, reception staff are highly discourteous and collects money upfront for everything. Swimming pool is dirty like anything and the property has some major maintenance happening and no notice or intimation. They even charged us for drinking water bottles ( otherwise complimentary)on day 2.
