Tangerine Boutique Resort

Location of breakfast is good it's poolside buffet but the spread of buffet is very bad, staff don't know any thing they need a proper training.

First day I complained about the air conditioner, after that no one solve my problem, next day again They did the same thing overall very bad hotel never i give recommendations so please I request to all please don't book this hotel.

Honestly, I like the hotel staff service only in black.

Prior to trip I tried calling to hotel but on my calls reception guy doesn't want to speak to me. Instead he wanted me to talk to on WhatsApp. He do not have time to speak even for small querry. I booked 1 family suite with 2 bedroom but at the hotel silently we have beem given 2 different rooms. After shout we have got family suite, that too on 2nd day. Rooms were highly unhygienic, dirty & lot of dirt. Toilets were very very dirty and in bad condition. Bedshit had smell. Hotel breakfast was so so. We have been shifted to 2nd room on 2nd day and this room also had in same condition. The most unhygienic & dirty place was the toilet. By seeing images online hotel looks good but in actual they are not same as they have been shown. Here is suggetion, It's time to maintain rooms.

Swimming pool was okay

The attitude and behaviour of the staff was very bad. There is a lady who sit in the reception. She behave with people as if she is a boss and talk very rude. I booked an AC room with a bath tub but when i reached the place that lady was asking to pay the cash first and they didn't have a card machine. When i said I don't have cash she told me to go get cash from the ATM. I managed to pay using gpay. But after all i got a room which doesn't have a bath tub and no AC. No room service and no proper breakfast fast where they have very few options with the guy serving the food will always be chewing tobacco. I stayed here for 2 days and it was a very very bad experience. To summarise this is not a good place to stay and no value for money

The location is right at the junction of candolim. Rooms are spacious

The pool was completely dirty. Their room service was not available that time. Some renovation was going on in a few places.

I book room for 2100/- with break fast paid deposit Rs. 3000/- at the time of check out lady told me your deposit is adjusted no balance. She said booking. Com send me bill amount of Rs 3000/-
