spacious, spectacular view of Mt.Fuji, nice equipped with bonfire (prepay) very secret garden with nothing nearby have to go there in group otherwise, it's a bit scary at night

All communication seems by AI, my husband got injured by the outdoor faucet head since it's broken by ice crack and I reported that to them immediately, until now there is no response from them.

Everything was exceptional, I love traveling and have been all over the world, this place. Assuming you rented a car yourself. Is amazing in all aspects. Will definetly be coming back

Really it is precious moment in this house. Everything inside is not only adequate but luxury, it is my dream home if I could . Private Parking beside the house. Computerised bathing facilities makes you more comfortable. IT checking in , I love it , perfect

I stay for one day only

The villa is superb. The design is new and style. Feeling like living in a showroom.

It is impossible to stay here if you are not driving

1.The design of the house is trendy and spacious. 2. The backyard is wonderful that we can enjoy the starry sky at night. 3. The living environment and atmosphere are wonderful.

1. Hot water supply is unstable. 2. No TV network is provided. Only YouTube and Netflix are available. 3. Hot water supply for onsen is unfunctioned. Maybe I could not know how to set up. 4. The sockets for kitchen equipment is insufficient. 5. Air heater for small room at ground floor and cockloft is not comfortable. 6. Location of the house is remote. The only way to reach the house is car driving.

WE LOVE EVERYTHING! we appreciate the thought behind designing the space. Everything makes sense!!! Oh, our baby has the best sleep in the cot.

Could be language barrier, took us a while to get our laundry dry using the dryer. Not a problem for us.

Really beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. We built a fire and sat around it seeing the peak of the mountain framed perfectly between trees. Facilities were modern and well thought. The bed and bedding extremely comfortable.

Slightly misleading, as you don’t know which villa you are supposed to be checking into. It wasn’t until we noticed another car in the driveway of the opposite villa that we realised our was the other. Also we assumed we were checking into the villa that had the wooden bath/onsen.
