Pjaca Residence Penthouse

Great location in heart of the old town, very modern and clean property, very helpful and responsive host, great stay overall.

Only negative was the multiple flights of stairs with no elevator, but also expected with a penthouse apartment.

Une situation parfaite en plein centre ville, un logement très bien équipé "comme chez soi", impeccable, bien décoré. Un accueil attentionné.

L'appartement est au 4eme étage, mieux vaut ne pas avoir des bagages lourds. Idéalement placé en plein centre, donc l'envers de la médaille : parking à 7 mns à pieds, ça se fait mais mieux vaut ne pas avoir trop de bagages. Enfin prévoir le coût du parking (1 euro 50 / heure en saison, pas de tarif à la journée) 72 euros pour 2 jours : à prévoir au budget.

Las fotos no corresponden a la realidad. Super pequeño con espacios desordenados donde guardan sus accesorios de limpieza de otros apartamentos. La verdad que nos desencantó mucho el apartamento, en el cuarto de baño se caen las tapas de la bañera de las conexiones de agua, la lavadora desagua en la bañera.

The location of the apartment literally could not be better. It is right on Split's main square, about 2 mins walk to anywhere in the Diocletan's Palace and to the Riva promenade. The space is large, well equipped and very well maintained.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which results in a huge challenge if you have a lot of luggage. The hosts were super kind to meet us and help take our bags up- but do be mindful of the luggage challenge. We found the bed and bathroom both quite tiny.

Small, nicely decorated & equipped flat in the city center of Split. Close to everything. The host was very responsive and quick to reply to our questions.

The apartment could use some maintenance as you can easily tell that it's an old one. The lighting was very dim in all rooms so some brighter lights would be great. Also, a proper drying rack for clothes as the small one is not really sufficient for proper laundry. Can be also confusing to understand which one of the 2 apartments you're booking as the pictures are mixed on the main page. Be prepared to carry your luggage to the top floor of the building as there is no elevator.

The location was incredible, in the centre of the old town. It was clean and the studio had everything you would need for a stay.
