Pjaca Residence Penthouse

The apartment was really nice, well equipped and the location could not have been better. The host was very friendly and accommodating. All in all we were very happy with our stay, enjoyed it a lot, and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking to experience Split.

Host was responsive and very generously allowed us to drop our bags early, we were provided details of how to collect the keys from a lock box. Really nice spacious apartment in a great location within the old town. Would definitely stay again!

Everything’s super clean, location is great

A lot of stairs, apartment is on the top floor, very hot in the bedroom that doesn’t have AC

The property was a great location. Quick walk to the main promenade and everything you need. Felt like you were staying in someone’s lovely apartment, toiletries were supplied and bits in the kitchen. Very accomodating.

We were so lucky to stay in this beautiful penthouse apartment, we absolutely loved every minute of our stay and the owner really made sure that we had everything we needed and that we felt at home. Nothing was too much trouble, and the owner responded very quickly to any questions I had, including where we could park within walking distance. The checkin details were also very clearly explained and we found the penthouse with ease. The apartment was in the heart of Split's old town, and the view was incredible and exceeded all our expectations! Sometimes, I could just sit and watch the world go by. It was great to visit the bakery in the same building in the morning and take croissants and pastries back to the apartment and sit and look out at the bustling square. One morning a young girl was playing a flute and it just felt magical. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 12) and it was beautifully furnished. It offered air conditioning and WiFi which made the kids very happy and the owner provided so many little touches that made our stay very relaxing. Everything was also in easy walking distance and you have an abundance of restaurants, bars and attractions right on your doorstep. We just wish we could have stayed for longer. When we return to Split we definitely want to stay here again!!!! Thankyou
