Lovely apartment, right in the centre of the old town with everything you could need. Very good communication with the owners.

I got a little confused finding the place as the street numbers weren't clear too me. Shower/bathtub was a bit small / awkward but all functional, warm water, good pressure etc.

Great location - large, pleasant apartment. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean and attractive.

The shower/bath was a bit difficult to use and the lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim.

Pulito. In centro. Comodissimo perchè attaccato al capolinea della minimetrò. Cucina completa con tutti gli accessori.

Presente una vasca con seduta, complicato fare doccia senza bagnare fuori dalla tenda. Parcheggio va cercato fuori.

Struttura situata in pieno centro e ben collegata. Una casetta molto caratteristica ed ospitale

I don't think a visitor to the fascinating city of Perugia can do better as regards location. The apartment is a two minute walk from Piazza Novembre IV and Corso Vanucci , which is the main pedestrian street with many attractions. The minimentro is within easy walking distance as are many of the historic sites. The apartment is very spacious and excellently equipped--very comfortable, quiet, and safe. I cannot say enough about the kindness of my hostess and host Sabrina and Francesco. To tell the truth the reason I booked the place was to experience the Etruscan Wall at the rear of the apartment. I marveled at it every day.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the boiler, so I was without hot water most of the time. Sabrina and Franceso were very concerned and did their best to fix the problem.
