Ideal location.

Parking was paid parking remote. 10 minutes to apartment in ZTL zone, only accessable by car after 1:00 PM.

The location is perfect

The shower-bath facilities were difficult. The location was great but it would be wise to have ear plugs with you because of the bar across the narrow street.

A wonderful mix of modern furnishings in a lovingly restored house with walls dating back to the Etruscan times! Very well equipped and in the historic centre of town!

Comfortable and super clean fantastic location to visit Perugia

The bed need to be changed. Felt individual springs in the back. Not clean, floor dirty. There was a bar across the street that had people out on the street untill 2 or 3 in the morning smoking and making noise. Had to have the window open as no a/c but then had smoke and noise untill the bar closed and people left.

Good central location and well equipped property.

It is located opposite a late night bar and therefore subject to noise disturbance from voices and music into the early hours, certainly on a Friday and Saturday night. Recommend taking earplugs.

Perfectly situated and a really lovely apartment. The owners were absolutely brilliant from start to finish with comms, advice such as the Minimetro and helping with onward travel arrangements. We had a brilliant stay in Perugia and would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are travelling there
