Great location, clean and tidy and a log burner to keep warm. Bonus that our dog was welcome too

There were no cards or board games available

Attention to detail everything was thought about.

Tea towels seemed damp and shower looked tired.

Lovely location and old character house.

Queen bed sagged in the middle and had an old, grubby duvet. No freezer in the kitchen and no milk supplied.

The location is perfect. Halfway between the ferry and Ōtautahi. Also, the views are some of the best on offer. The bed was comfortable. Also, they welcome pets: this is a bonus for us.

The kitchen is outdated. There is no freezer. The appliances are also outdated. We could not find the tools to light the fire. The heat pump does not reach the main room, which was freezing last night. We moved into the lounge at 4 am to stay warm. It’s a lovely place, but it's outdated and probably suitable for AirBNB or BookABach only. The price was steep for what it was too. Though, as I mentioned earlier, it worked for me because of pets.

Lovely property. Well equipped.

The website promised 2 bathrooms but there is only 1. The owner came to the property to personally carry out check out without warning and we felt an invasion of privacy

Spacious, characterful in a great location. Garden a lovely space to relax in.
