Kaikoura Beachfront Villa

Really good location on the promenade, from which to explore the town on foot. A range of shops at one end and The Pier hotel and restaurant at the other. The Villa was also chosen as our base because of easy access to whale watching activities. Access was easy, good car parking on site and we were very comfortable during our stay.

Loved it all. Location, style of home, excellent facilities. A home away from home.

No freezer in the kitchen for frozen groceries. All else was great.

We loved the location of the house! Set back with a beautiful English like garden and stunning views of the ocean!

The house needs a good update! At first glance, the house seems really nice, but it needs a wee update, especially the kitchen. It was basic! There wasn’t even a freezer compartment attached to the fridge. (This should be listed in the description). Some basic kitchen amenities were missing as well, such as oven gloves, paper towel, kitchen sponge to hand wash dishes, kitchen scissors. There waa salt and pepper provided, but no cooking oil, no salad bowl, nor kitchen tongs. The dishcloths were well used. J cloths are very inexpensive cloths and each guest should be provided new ones!

The house is lovely and in a great location. We had a nice stay. Feedback - Some oven gloves would be good.

Location was perfect, just across the road from the beach and little playground. Very quiet. Easy to walk to the Main Street. Great that the section is fenced as we had little toddler.

Only thing if we had to be picky is that the main bedroom gets quite cold at night and there was no heater.
