Appartamento Urban Maison

Lovely flat, original and inspired decorations, clean and well equipped. Location in the heart of the old town, close to all attractions. Paid parking underground definetely a plus. Claudio such a friendly and kind person, very hospitable and helpful giving us recommendations and tips constantly on what to visit and where to eat. Welcoming wine a nice surprise :) Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and easy, we have to come again for a longer stay. Definitely recommend!

Our host was very friendly and communicative. The apartment is situated just near the old town, and not far from the old harbor.

The apartment is a bit claustrophobic, there is no window in the bedroom. However there is air conditioning.

The Urban Maison apartment is well equipped, nicely decorated, and shiny. The location is excellent- near Piazza Ferrai, close to Colombus house, and not too far from the old port. Claudio, the host, is kind, helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommend.

The check-in time is a bit late, but the host made arrangements to help us with that.

The host, location and amenities. The host is very helpful, even pick us up to show us how to park our car and help entering apartment. The welcome drinks and freebies are all great! Perfect location for first timer in Genoa.

The apartment is in an old building, the bedroom doesn't have window, the living room does, with view of a backyard. small lifts but it doesn't matter as there are so many positives things.

first of all - amazing host! really a great person👍 very central location, close to all attractions if you need. As well close to the transport, so amazingly comfortable for that part.

the sofa for the child wasn’t comfortable at all. Absence of the internet, but it was mentioned. Problem that apartment has such a building project, that cellular and mobile internet won’t work as well, so if you need to work online - will be really impossible.

The owner was very ambitious and helpful im every situation.
