San Frediano - Apartment in the heart of Lucca

Perfect for our stay in Lucca. Pleasant and efficient staff. Lovely apartment.

A/C not available in second bedroom. Too warm for good sleep.

Location

The apartment is on two levels and is spacious and very clean and comfortable with everything needed and new for a very enjoyable stay, a well equipped kitchen, big sitting room with comfy sofa and bedrooms with very comfortable beds, good shower in a lovely bathroom, also a handy toilet downstairs. Chiara is a perfect host, kind and thoughtful and she made us feel safe and secure knowing that she is available for assistance at any time if needed. This is an ideal part of Lucca to stay in. (If you are taking a bus anywhere make sure after buying your ticket that you also put it through the machine on the bus. We were on 3 buses in the area and ticket inspectors came onto all of them going straight to tourists who aren't aware of the ticket validation machines on each bus. We were one of them and had to pay 120 euros as a fine. This is nothing to do with the apartment which was perfect, it is just something everyone visiting in Italy should know about)
