Elisabeth Downtown Suites

I was in the city for an operation and the host went above and beyond to help me and to make sure I was well taken care of. They addressed all my questions and were amazing hosts.

The location

The place was not clean the bed and pillows were not comfortable there was patcher on the beds

Great place in a fantastic location near the heart of the Jewish sector, well appointed

When we where there they where undertaking a lot of works to improve the property

The apartment was lovely and had everything that I needed and was walking distance to lots of things. Staff were always available at reception and were super helpful.

Walking back to the apartment at the end of the day was a little scary, but I think that was just because I was a solo female traveller and the apartment is down a relatively suburban street. I also struggled with the locks on the doors but again this may just have been me.

The reception niquolett was very nice although the apartment A 407 superior studio was not managed by thier company but she was willing to listen and suggest alternate options as the host was missing in action all the way and didnt bother to pick up phone when needed

The host was very careless didnt pickup phone despite i told him about late checkin due to flight delay and when i landed no pin location was given didnt replied to my whatsapp until next day.even i told him the issues i had faced he was unrespnsive and didnt even apologised. Highly not recomended this via air bnb. Property was not that bad but the managment of apartment is very bad and careless

Location is very central. The apartment was big and had everything I needed. Check in was fast and easy. It was clean.

Some parts of the building look a little messy, but a big deal

The apartment was great! In a very nice location. All bars and restaurants were very close.

Great location and newly established building. The underground parking was great.

The towels in the apartment had stains and could be better cleaned.
