Levanto Case Vacanza

The location of our apartment was right near the water, however our room did not have a balcony as was stated in the listing. There was also a large cleaning fee which we did not realize when we booked the room. The beds were very old and uncomfortable, and the mattresses were very dirty and gave us allergies. Kitchen supplies were also old and very limited (no soap even). Hot water would cut in and out several times whenever anyone would shower. Had to ask several times for an extra towel since they only gave us 3 and we had 4 people; they then tried to charge us a huge amount at checkout for "laundry service". Overall would not recommend.

Frais supplémentaires pas prévu (50 euros obligatoire pr le ménage alors que l'appartement était sale, 20 euros pr l'électricité, 40 euros pr les draps et linges). Nous avons dû acheter du papier toilette, du produit à vaisselle et des chiffons pr la vaisselle car il n'y avait rien. Appartement mal isolé et donc bcp de bruit des voisins. Eaux dans la salle de bain en continu (provenant des toilettes).

Apt nice no soap or hair dryer and little toilet paper. Finally just bought our own! Young lady at desk very helpful. Would stay again. So glad we chose this quiet town over the touristy cinque terre towns. So nice to come home to a quiet residential place!

The apartment was disappointing. The 4.5/5 Expedia rating was exaggerated. Our apartment looked nothing like the photos on the website. We have never had to pay for room cleaning, electricity (per night), towels and bed linen (per person) additionally to the cost of the room. Although this was in the fine print AFTER the booking was confirmed, the cancellation fee was 30%. The towels were like large tea towels. We had to request toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. The owners were impersonal and disinterested.

Nous sommes pas resté . . Pas du tout comme sur les photos . . Draps douteux . . Pas d'Internet . . Appareils ménagers défectueux . . Payé 115 € de frais pour partir sans regret . .

Si la localisation (en ville, très près de la mer) sont des points positifs, l'appartement n'a aucun charme, la literie est mauvaise (lit et canapé) et surtout nous avons découvert sur place en plus des frais de nettoyage (annoncé sur le site d'Expédia), d'autres surcoûts, des frais de draps / serviettes (40 € pour 4) et de consommation eau et gaz (28€). Au final 4 nuits à 478€ pour un produit basique.

Soggiorno gradevolissimo in Levanto, spiaggia, servizi, tutto a portata di mano! Da ripetere!

The apartment we rented was perfect for four people, with a great view of the sea from our balcony. The small town of Levanto is beautiful and I would love to go back someday.

Easy access from the vaporetto San Stae and overall in a very central but quiet position.
