"Nightmare"

The outside and the security guard Leonardo

The units we were in were disgusting. We were given a choice to change units after messaging property manager. Couches old and torn. Smelled like urine. Rags with holes for towels and clothes. Cockroaches coming up out of drains even though covered. (We had to buy new towels clothes, drain covers. As property manager would not answer phone or respond to messages. Hole in ceiling were cockroaches came out and also out of ac units. Pillow cases torn with large holes. An old dirty mattress in closet where we should have been able to hang jackets. I am showing pics of what our shower looked like and this was the better of the 2 units we were given.We saw other units run by different managers that were lovely. Spent first week moving units and then cleaning and trying to make comfortable as we had guests arriving. Messaged pm many time and no response. Phoned many times he would not answer. We were on our own and it was a nightmare. The first time he got back to us was on our last day of our month long stay to tell us to be out by 11.

"Mala Experiencia"

La Piscina

El sanitario estaba en mal estado, teníamos que usar un bote para hecharle agua y bajarlo. La cocina mala solo servían 2 fuegos, solo había 1 limpion y tabla de picar super sucios oh manchados y los ventiladores y luces de las habitaciones no servían, y en el baño no había ni donde colocar el jabon Además poco amables el personal del hotel

En primer lugar la hubicacion excelente,a dos cuadras de la 5 avenida , lugar muy seguro y súper tranquilo para ir en familia, muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para cocinar ahh mismo también. La pileta hermosa ,tiene estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad y la limpieza !

La tostadora no andaba, no llega el wifi a la zona donde está la pileta,después todo lo demás muy conforme ,

"Engaño, revenden, no respeyan tu reserva"

No llegue a ir

Me cancelaron la reserva, en el dia y hora que habia previamente coordinado llegar. Nos dejaron sin previo aviso sin hotel, estando con niños en camino en la noche, teniendolo reservado y garantizado con tarjeta de credito semanas atras. No son serios, seguro revendieron por mas, tengan cuidado. Inventaron que mi tarjeta no paso, pero ellos cancelaron el link de pago sin darme la oportunidad de poner la tarjeta en el dia de check in.
