La ubicación, el espacio y la comodidad Sus instalaciones al entorno , estacionamiento y piscina.

Las ventilaciones de los baños.

La cercanía a los lugares … salida inmediatamente a la piscina y buen lugar

Que no tenia los implementos necesarios ( hervidor ) y la ducha del primer dormitorio saltaba para todos lados !!!

Falta de mantenimiento en general del apartamento. El control del aire de un dormitorio no funcionaba, algunos muebles de baño y cocina en mal estado. El wifi solo funcionaba en el living y acotado a 3 móviles. Se reclamó el control del aire y el wifi, nos respondieron que iban a solucionarlo pero no lo hicieron.

Con más de una semana de reserva, de enviar email, llamar por teléfono, enviar wasap. Nunca se comunicó el anfitrión conmigo, llame a Booking la reserva seguía confirmada con número de reserva y pin. Llegó el día de la reserva y me dirijo al departamento en el mismo momento q estoy en la puerta me cancelan la reserva justo cuando está con el señor de seguridad. La verdad q súper engorroso, quedar sin departamento estando de "vacaciones" en otro país cuando debía ser diferente toda una familia con valijas y mochilas buscando dónde alojarnos a último momento.

Great location with parking in garage

Apartment is overpriced for what it is, AC only worked in one room, oven did not work at all, 1 chair and multiple cabinets were broken on arrival. Bedsheets had rips in it and toilets did not flush very well (basically not at all). There were cockroaches in the showers….

The complex itself was great. Location as well.. staff maintaining the complex and security were friendly. The owner is very friendly and responded quickly to every demand, but then the action of repairmen was minimal and we also didn't want to trouble the man too much, but it seems the owner has not been inside for a long while to do some proper maintenance. Aircos in all rooms was great. Having a free parking in the garage and protected is great. So the negative review is more to help address the leftover issues hopefully, but in this state the appartment is not rentable

We were there 3 weeks and had to sometimes go to another hotel just to get a bit rested after all the broken stuff. The apartment is very dated and almost everything is broken or partially broken. Wifi is poor. When we entered everything smelled moldy till the aircos started drying out the place Gas : 1 pit worked 2 didn't at all and 1 had a broken piece making the flame go wild on 1 end and burn the stove itself. Extractor above gas: broken Toaster: partially broken and only works half of the times and only properly on 1 side Fridge: leaked water underneath. The apartment was cleaned quickly, but all top shelves were absolutely cooked with grease and dust (no wonder extractor didn't work). Pans were old and dirty Shower rods totally rusted Shower curtains as they were real curtains old and stinky. The sewage system is poor and it makes sewage in both bathrooms stink up the entire appartment Furniture is all laminated wood, which due to the high humidity when appartment is not in use is all bubbled up and cracked in places. The couch and chairs were totally stained and dirty and we had to put sheets and blankets on them just to dare to sit down on them.
