Nice area, clean rooms. Mattress could have been a little better.

No phones in rooms to call for issues with tv or room items, but once we walked all the way down, the staff was amazing. They ran out of washcloths but otherwise it was nice. The shower leaked all over and was super tiny, smaller than cruise ships. The restaurant was a little expensive and breakfast is not included. Pretty area.

We were upgraded to a bigger room for staging so a long period of time! Everyone was so friendly. The pool and the hot in were very clean!

It was great to have a quiet getaway without the constant buzz of nearby highways. The hotel is very well built so you don't hear the TV noise from next-door rooms. The pool was massive with a separate super large hot tub. I'll remember to bring my swimsuit next visit. Mike

Staff were very helpful & friendly. Was off season (skiing) so not many guests. Quick & seamless check in & out. Friendly & accomodating staff. Beautiful scenery, the chalet along with the view reminded me of a mini-Switzerland. Food ordered in restaurant came out quickly & was very tasty. Had a nice size indoor pool with hot tub. Parking was convenient. I have been in the travel business for decades & would recommend this property to my clients that are looking for something more intimate & not a chain. If you want country setting, with a European flair, this is it.
