The location and somehow behaviour of some staff

Everything was excellent

Perhaps a coffee-maker is not installed in your kitchen.

The property is fantastic amidst a busy street .The overall stay was peaceful and satisfying.

The staff should focus on the cleanliness of the surroundings and swimming pool.Monkeys excretion was found near the swimming pool.Lock of my room was almost broken .The bathroom door was also not able to close while using.so kindly take care of these tiny matters .

Mosquitos in room

It’s an old palace with lots of character; it’s a bit of a maze and lots of steep chairs (it does have an elevator but also lots of hurdles if you happen to be infirm). Restaurant staff is very nice and attentive. There is a small pool on the roof with good views. Breakfast is as good as it gets; lots of Indian choices, limited international section. Good overall.

Staff tries its best but the hotel is lacking a thorough upgrade in many respects. It’s not dilapidated but the upkeep is limited. Of course that will then come at the cost of a price rise and possibly at a loss of character. So careful what you wish for.

Effort to renovate the old property to a Hotel is appreciable but need efforts to create some Parking space and put in some thoughts on making the Drive in and drive out easy for the customer.

Not very exciting and the care for a sick member in my family was pathetic. Partiality in treatment of Indian and Foreign residents was objectionable.
