Just the location is good

Very bad experience. The apartment looks nice at first glance, but in reality it is rundown and completely neglected. The furniture is in poor condition, the bedsheets are torn, and the towels are stained and full of holes. Cleanliness is seriously lacking in the bathrooms, the kitchen, and on the terraces. The cookware is unusable, and there are no dishcloths, no paper towels, no water, no mop—absolutely nothing to clean the apartment with, except for a tiny yellow cloth hanging on a dirty oven. We contacted Ms. Olga, the person in charge, to complain about the condition of the accommodation and sent messages via WhatsApp. She read them but completely ignored us. We received no response at all throughout our stay. This accommodation is shameful, unacceptable, and a total scam. Do not go there under any circumstances!

At check-in they claimed our credit card failed forcing us to pay cash. Our credit cards worked fine EVERYWHERE else. Using our cash forced us to go to the bank and pay extra fees. The pictures of the room when selecting the room are not true! The room they selected for us was not what is represented on Bookings site. Room was dirty! What little plates they had were dirty we had to wash everything before using. 2 cups 2 plates… TV’s did not work they had been disconnected.

The owner of this property claimed that my payment method was declined several times when in fact, there was never an attempt to charge.to my card. There were 6 people in our party and our stay was cancelled at 9:30pm , the night before our morning flight. This is cruel business. I had the reservation for almost 2 months. They lied about my card being declined. We stayed up all night trying to find a last minute accommodation for 6. I secured a 2 bedroom with a wonderful host during our flight to Cancun. I have lost all confidence in this host and Booking.com's guarantee to secure an equivalent accommodation. Best to stay away from Feisiva Luxury Apartment. They will cancel for no reason.. The next day, the owner posted at $100 more and later , it was posted at $1,000 US more for the 10 nights. No scruple with this outfit. Be aware!
