This property cancelled our booking the night before we were due to arrive. They offered no communication or explanation as to why they cancelled the booking, despite me attempting to contact them by email, telephone and direct message via booking.com. A generic email was sent saying there was an issue with the card, there is nothing wrong with my card and I would have been happy to pay this over the phone. When someone did eventually pick up the phone, they asked if we were a booking under a different name, leading me to think that they had double booked the property and prioritised another booking over mine. They promptly hung up the phone after my name was given, that's when I received notification the booking was cancelled which caused a lot of stress as it was hours before we were supposed to arrive.

Appartement formidable et l'emplacement est super

Todo el lugar, el apartamento súper bonito, la alberca hermosa, solo q el agua muy fría. La ubicación excelente teníamos todo cerca soriana, lugares para comer o cenar y la 5ta avenida a 5 min.

En el baño de una de las recamaras nunca salio agua caliente y el inodoro se tapaba constantemente. El elevador no funcionaba, nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso, pero aun asi eran bastantes escaleras, para entrar al estacionamiento tenias q esperar a q te abrieran y eso aveces demoraba algunos minutos.
