Weren’t allowed to smoke on the balcony Also the beddings had urine stains on it and mould. Asked if they could change it, I asked the cleaner in person if they steam the beds after every use, and he says they just cover up the beds with new clean sheets( not so new in my case) was not happy with that

I was quite disappointed with my stay. Although check-in was supposed to be available from 2pm, I arrived at 3:30pm to find the apartment had not yet been cleaned. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on arrival, and while housekeeping eventually provided access to a different network, it was unreliable, often slow to connect and frequently disconnected. I was in Auckland for a business trip so needed to access Wi-Fi for work purposes. The apartment was also missing basic essentials like toilet paper, body wash, and shampoo. I reached out to the host, who said they would follow up with housekeeping, but no one ever came. I ended up having to purchase these items myself.

-parking across the road and not in the carpark thats in your view, was not cool at all lol -toilet seat 😒. āue! -hallway smelt like curry and musty dusty -we stayed 3 nights and only had 1 towel per person. I didnt ask for more as it wouldve been annoying on both behalfs. like if you know guests are staying more than 1 night, have 2 towels each man!

What I don’t like is when we asked for a car park (paid) and the reception said to us it’s only reserved for their guest right after we told him we are are guest as well, the room was so dirty even in the bed looks like they didn’t even changed sheet, not everything was provided inside the room for our staying. There was no room service as mentioned and the whole time we stayed there it’s smells very bad once you step out of the room.
