Nice large room with a great view.

Room 800 has roaches. Bathroom is outdated. Internet is not the best.

Location was ideal

It was dirty and the towels and sheets provided were obviously not fresh. Bed bugs drove me away finally. Was horrible

The view and shower pressure are the only good things about this apartment

Upon arrival we could smell a rotten smell coming from the room. After looking around we found out that this stench was coming from the unclean fridge. It smelt as if milk had gone off in there and was not cleaned. The linen provided for the bed was stained and this forced us to buy our own. There were little cockroaches running around the apartment which was very off putting and considering we already paid we had no choice but to stay. We requested extra towels which were delivered on Saturday while we were out. However when we did come back we found that our dirty laundry bag had been looked through and our underwear (which was in its own wash bag) was pulled out. Parking for this property was suggested that we park at a secure location 5mins away. We paid for parking and after checking-in we went out for the night. When coming back to this location it was fully locked. Upon investigation this paid location stays locked from 9pm Friday and doesn’t re-open until Monday morning. This would have trapped our car in if we hadn’t have left the car park that evening. We feel very violated and disgusted as this was meant to be a special weekend away. Do better please and clean your room and don’t go looking through others things. We would like some form of compensation

Since I'm on holiday and staying there for afew days I would expect some face towels, hand towels, tea towels in place. There's not enough TP. One of the towel has stains (not nice). There's no duvet liner. The response from the owner/manager is very slow. There's no instructions. I was not aware of the maintenance team coming to the room to fix/check things. Not nice. Hope for the future guests this will be improved.

checking in & out was nice & easy. loved that its in the middle of everything so no need to drive too far.

it smells abit in the lobby not enough blankets/towels and cleaning supplies (had to buy my own.) the tv wasnt even connecting to the wifi so i couldnt use it no parking - had to find my own which took a while which was annoying the chair had marks on it so was not sitting on the side of the chair as i didnt know where thats from but it looked dirty outside had no chairs for the table on the balcony so couldnt chill out there
