Manukau Studio Apartments

Very quiet, clean & a very well comfortable studio apartment. Would definitely book again.

Space had a good layout for 2 persons, the weather was pretty cold during our visit and we noticed that the room was always warm when we entered from a day out.

NOT CLEAN - dirty windows you could not see through, hand marks on the wall, the couch was marked (looked like food marks) same as the cushions, sheets were stained, sink has food stuck to the sides, shower had cloudy glass and the floor of shower had yellow marks, Curtain was tied with a rubber band. No tea towel or hand towels.

Location was perfect, easy to collect keys on arrival and value for money.

Maybe more pillows would be great. No dishwashing liquid provided, no floor mats/floor towel and hand towel in the bathroom. Toilet seat was broken. No chairs provided for the room. Such a pity that we had encounter these issues, as unit was perfect in terms of value for money and location.

Views were awesome. exactly what we expected! very tidy, very clean.

cleanliness wasn't really upto standard. Marks all over the walls, light switches. mould in the shower, kitchen and room itself was perfect though. Sofa was broken when we got there, was uncomfortable to sleep on aswell.

Close location to family and shops

No seats on balcony, bench was not clean, only 2 frying pans and no other pots, no bathroom essentials, no door handle on entrance of apartment, exposed piping, broken toilet seat, keys were not in lock box, had to call office and given instructions where to get other keys from, no parking

perfect location, easy picking up keys. value for money
