No air conditioning. Broken toilet on arrival and no towels provided until I asked.

A proximité du centre commercial, de la gare du bus et du tramway. Vraiment spacieux et lumineux. Un super studio équipé.

Un peu de difficultés à trouver la boite pour récupérer la clé car elle ne se trouve pas au même endroit et dans un autre bâtiment.

la wifi ne correspondait pas aux indications transmises manque une chaise pour le bureau la machine à laver aurait été un plus

It was a great area ! Just a walk away to the park, dairy nearby at the bus stop, great to catch public transport, also just a walk away from the Westfield Mall. It was nice and open, ideal for a couple. The wifi on the TV was fast - loved the addition of having a smart TV. Cute for a little getaway, especially if you’re trying to save some money.

Although we were initially impressed with all of the appliances, we quickly learned that some of them didn’t work. The oven didn’t work, the microwave kept needing to be restarted in order to work, and the fridge was alright but our drinks we bought were kept mildly cool - not cold (even the freezer wasn’t keeping things frozen). I would also suggest that because there is a dishwasher, even 1 dishwashing tablet would be useful for each stay. As well as tea towels as they we didn’t have anything to dry our dishes with (we used the basin and dishwashing liquid provided as we didn’t have dishwashing tablets - we saw no use buying any as we don’t own a dishwasher and you can only buy the tablets in bulk).

Easily improved issues - Problems accessing Wi-fi - took 2 days to get it resolved & I couldn’t work over those days Sofa too low to sit on for older person No tea towels or cleaning gear No desk or table to use computer No rubbish bags, no rubbish bin in apartment, not hygienic, other people were dumping their rubbish in corridor - needs a proper big lined rubbish bin on each floor Have to collect key at a separate location & return it afterwards - very difficult if don’t have a car Needs heavier curtains to keep bright outside light out at night

Room was clean and good size.

The sofa was broken. Kettle was not working, replaced after request Only one glass to drink water, given two more after request No tea towels. Only given after request. Paper towels only after request No dish washing liquid and scourers to wash. No regular room service Towels were changed after request only Bed sheet was also only changed after request Once only No chairs to sit and have meals This is not acceptable if people stay for 8 days.
