Novotel was very conveniently located. Service was excellent right from the security guards, Valet parking, baggage checking, Reception, and room service. Rooms are spacious, decor is beautiful and entire hotel is very beautifully designed and maintained. Breakfast offered an excellent wide variety and service was excellent. All staff were courteous, polite, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi for vacation, business or short stay.

Options for quick meals in the evening could have had a few more options and faster service.

Everything, from room to bed, breakfast, shower, staff. Excellent hotel with excellent service. My breakfast was delayed the first morning and Ms. Doris, the kitchen manager served me a free breakfast 😋. The staff are Excellent.
