Juliet at the reception was so efficient & it was a seamless check in. We were escorted to the room by Stephen who was so polite and explained all the facilities at Novotel. The room was very comfortable indeed. We will definitely use Novotel again.

Check in was horrible, clerk only paid attention to White looking clients, did not even realise i was booked and paid for 3 days!!!, more training in hospitality would help.Security staff overzealous, creepy and asking so many personal questions , not professional at all
