car parking a bit troublesome

Good number of restaurants, live band at night, ample parking.

1) Toilet smells, exactly like what others said. The smell created unpleasant smell to the whole hall. It helped abit if you open the toilet window but insects will come in. 2) Not well unkept - floors are dirty, balcony windows are not cleaned 3) Outskirt and very far from first world plaza and indoor park. Will not be convenient for those looking for easy access to main attraction as you will need to take a cab or wait for shuttle .

Staff is not cooperative

I have visited the place second time. Looks like the authority has downgraded the standard particularly the breakfast. Staff were rude at the restaurant and selection of food was substandard.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. Starting from the room, the balcony and curtains and furniture were covered in dust and very dirty. Seems haven't clean for a long time. And bedsheets had noticeable stains on them. It was hard to feel comfortable in such conditions. Check-out was an absolute nightmare. We had to wait about 45 minutes due to a slow lift. On top of that, the housekeeping staff was using the same lift with large trolleys, blocking any chance for other guests to use it, including those in wheelchairs. When asked to make way, they were incredibly rude. Was wondering why the hotel hasn’t arranged a separate lift for staff. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing. I will definitely be advising my friends and family to avoid booking here. Really horrible place to stay!

-room service was terrible and not efficient at all. Told them to clean at 11am but the cleaning was not done until 8pm Booked two rooms but both rooms were not cleaned once we came back to the room at night. -room was not clean and too many mosquitoes and insects -cupboard wardrobe fell off and after reporting at 11am Maintenance team came at 8pm to solve. -Even after reporting to the reception the team did not bother to clean or rectify the issues highlighted.

The unit was not cleaned. We find food crumbs on the floor. We expected it to be cleaned on the next day, yet the food crumbs are still there. Technically, I only noticed they clean the rubbish, and made up the bed but didn't sweep or mop at all. Then, the lift to our tower has only 1 working elevator most of the time. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes to get out from our unit. The plates and bowls of Kembali Kitchen was dirty. Inspect first before picking them up.
