Their service really needs to buck up! Requested for a high floored unit at 1pm, they told me the room will only be available and ready to check in by 3pm! when I came back at about 5pm, room still not clean up yet.... They will charge you if you ask for an extra bath towel!

There are convenient stores in the area. It also provide free parking. We manage to share the same weather with First World hotel, with a lower price. the amount of beds and layout is described accurately with their advertisement.

The hotel's system really sucks! we were arriving at the hotel at 11.15pm. However, we waited the room to be cleaned for around 65 minutes! The stuffs is not well trained. They all doing nothing. No updates, no answer, no nothing until we ask. Just frequently look at the phone. Lastly the reception told us that there is no available room at the moment. I paid in full and now no available room for us. It's like the management sold our room to others without any inform! Although lastly they upgraded us to penthouse, my 3-year-old child need to sleep at the lobby midnight. We finally manage to check in after a long 65-minute waiting; checked in at around 12.30am.
