Memoir Warehouse District

I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was really clean and the amenities were quite nice. I also enjoyed how it was close to many things but also kind of out the way of some of the busy-ness!! I definitely plan on staying here every time I come to Nola from now on.

I stayed at Memoir in one of their hotel-style apartment units and was incredibly impressed. The unit itself was much more spacious than I expected, beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches, and the bed was really comfortable. Parking was surprisingly easy and cost friendly, which is not always the case in New Orleans. What really stood out to me was the overall vibe and design of the property but the pool was my favorite part. The pool bar and lounge setup was perfect for relaxing, and I loved the ability to order food via QR code and have it delivered right to my chair. Even better, no children at the pool and no public day passes, so it never felt overcrowded or chaotic. The Common House and other shared spaces were lively and well-used, with people working, socializing, and enjoying coffee or meals. The staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommend Memoir for anyone looking for a more elevated, adult-friendly stay in New Orleans.

I booked a weekend staycation here at Memoir!

The property itself was gorgeous. But our room was not very clean. I had a friend w me and didn’t want to complain. But a dirty robe wadded up in the closet . Sticky drink rings on the furniture surfaces. A black sock underneath the beautiful chase sofa, tissues crumpled beside the tv stand. There was not any laundry detergent inside the room. The shower had mold and hair in the bottom. The toilet was very loose when you sat down on it . The TV not being in the bedroom was an inconvenience. I feel like minimal cleaning is done. Late night staff was nice. Others were on phones and didn’t acknowledge when you came inside & were not engaged at all. Only had 1 room key. I probably won’t stay there again, so many other better options . Should have rebooked the Ponchartrain Hotel .

This was one of our favorite accommodations in NOLA in a long while (we go often). Gorgeous property, excellent and quiet location, easy walk to all the things, kind staff, lovely rooftop pool and club access. The interior appointments were lovely and so well thought out. Comfortable bed, outstanding linens, and a blanket I seemingly cannot get my hands on as an individual as it is likely sold in bulk commercially - that doesn't prevent me from searching and dreaming about how ridiculously soft and comfortable it was! Highly, HIGHLY, recommend -- we will be back without a doubt, on our next trip "home".

Perfect central location to experience all of Nee Orleans. Easy walk to transportation, yet away from all the busyness.

This was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in New Orleans. Everything from the check in to the beds to the gorgeous rooftop pool and funky bars…. It was all wonderful. And to top it off? One of the nicest most welcoming staff I’ve ever met. Memoir will be my official go to stay anytime I’m back in Nola! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and keep doing everything yall are doing because it’s incredible!

Beautiful apartment style hotel gorgeous roof top pool and lovely staff in what feels like a safer part of New Orleans

Comfortable bed, great shower, soft robe, great bar, nice view, great location. Staff walked in on me without knocking & announcing themselves. I got locked out because the concierge did not activate both of my key cards, the staff at the Common House was not kind, staff left food from a previous guest in the refrigerator

I love staying at the Memoir. Rooms are clean, property is quiet, and the best restaurants are within walking distance. The area feels (and was) safe. I just wish I could earn pts there :(.
