Memoir Warehouse District

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. I love the huge rooms with everything you need and it's gorgeous. Huge fan of this place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful place, lots of really nice features of the building, the attached restaurant and bar, the rooftop pool, all great amenities and a full size gym! but honestly, the room was amazing! The balcony was a great touch!

Overall we had a nice stay. Check-in and out was easy. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We dis not like that the only television was in the living area and to watch you have to cast from your phone. The instructions for casting were not clear, but we dis get it working. This is certainly a perainal preference but we would have liked a tv in the bedroom area. We did find the bed to be comfortable and appreciated the extra blanket inthe closet. Inthe afternoon/evenings there was a lot of noise from the event venue below us and at times we could even hear the music and party at the pool area. The pool area was really cute! It was very crowded in the evenings and the bar tenders were unorganized and slow. The hotwl has a signature scent that i swear they piped through the vents. It was a nice scentbut very heavy perfume. It was so strong I could smell it outside the front of the building. We were ok with it but for those that are sensitive to perfume, be aware. The location of this was nice. It was outaide of all the big hub bub but still close enough that we walked to many things with ease. We felt safe for the most part, but we did witness a drug deal beside the hotel. They didnt linger. Parking was in a lot just slightly down and across the street from the hotel. I was worried about that, but lots of camaras there and it was fine, but you do pay per day to park. Overall, I would recommend.

Loved the decor and ambiance! I had a studio room and it had plenty of space. The insuite washer/dryer combo was a nice perk. Excellent location in the warehouse/arts district! Super friendly 24/7 staff!!

I loved staying in the arts district. The property had a lot of positives. The negative was communication . Finding the parking lot was confusing . Having to go out every day & reset parking was annoying. Not understanding where to check in .. how to get to the bar., and the tv ?? Simple things that could have easily been addressed on check in..

Very lovely stay! Everything was perfect! I wish the property answered my email requests though, asking for trash removal, because I was not sure how to handle the trash for the long stay.

Excellent central location. Very walkable to conv ctr, anc close to come excellent restaurants. Gym is exceptional. Many rooms are studio condos, which is a real plus for prep of meals and laundry

The aesthetic of the property and the overall vibe was amazing! Our room was beautiful and very clean. The staff were friendly and kind. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks this property will be our lodging of choice when we visit New Orleans.
