This was a very cool boutique apartment hotel which for our four day stay was perfect. It had a full kitchen and a balcony. The surrounding area was gorgeous. Lots of art galleries and fantastic restaurants we would definitely recommend.
The property certainly is presented a little better on the photos than in person. Don’t get me wrong, the lobby is beautiful, but the rooms lack the same artistic appeal. The pool area was really dirty. The floors needed to be pressure washed, the lounge beds were moldy. It looks like the place started off with great intention but there’s a lazy feel about how they are keeping up with everything. Parking is ridiculous at times if you don’t know the area well. I hope that you all can turn things around and provide better service and take care of the property properly. Nobody wants to visit an aesthetically please but dirty facility.
roons was awesome…loved all the amenities…having a fridge and a stove….💯 The gym is huge and has a sauna…and the pool area is great! A block from Peche and Maria’s Oysters!
This was such a beautiful, quiet and private property. Everything was so nice , I loved my stay here and will definitely be staying again.
We stay in a lot of locations throughout the city and this is one of the best!! It's a quiet location, but lots of things going on in and around there. Will definitely stay again!!
Excellent hotel. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool. The use of The Common House was a great perk. The food and drinks there were fantastic, and the daily/nightly activities were an added bonus. The hotel felt more like a resort. It was convenient to have a washer/dryer in the room. We didn't have to take dirty clothes home. The location is ideal. It was close enough to walk to most areas but far enough away from all the craziness and noise. And the hotel smelled great! We would definitely recommend others to stay.
Locals who will be returning in the future. The room was perfect - complete apartment set up complete with a washer and dryer. The rooftop pool was fantastic!
