Location and interior. Just recently renovated in 2025. I got two beds upgrade thru my bookingDOTcom level. They reserved 3rd floor seaview side with balcony! wow! Great hotel for families woth dmall kods. SunVilla has FREE drinkable water which saves your time, energy and money for your suoply during your stay as water tap in the Philippines is not potable. 5 footsteps away from Gerry's Grill restaurant and starbucks. 5min walk to the mainroad for motor vehicles. Free to borrow beachmat and beach toys. No ants, nor mosquitos or fly in the room! Unbelievable! these insects are very common in other hotels ive been to in Boracay, even on the 5th floor of Diamond hotel. FREE use of basic kitchenware (see photos) Wide screen Flat TV with Netflix access! Wow! Best of All Very Friendly and accomodating staffs.🥰

Nothing at all. Will definitely stay here again next Finnish summer!

the location! conveniently accessible to the beachfront

there was a cockroach inside the water heater. forgot to inform the staff. had to ask for the toilet paper after check in since there was none in the room.
