The food was not good at all totally taste less ...Breakfast was very boring...not much variety in dinner buffet also...

Property location was convenient, close to the city. However my issue is with hotel hygiene standard. I will not recommend this property to anyone.

Staff intentions to serve was very well evident however thay are not trained well to answer customer requests/complaints. They are most of the time confused how to address the complaint. So staff need to be trained to address customer requests.

"Comfortable sleep with large size room. Look to add AMEX card as payment option & improve breakfast."

Comfortable and good sleep with no disturbance, Nice and large rooms.

-Location a bit far from city and breakfast was ok. Poori had black particles of burnt oil which isn't expected from a 4 star property. Staff wasn't ready to acknowledge and giving weird reasons. -Payment through AMEX card wasn't supported. Amex card should be accepted in the place like portico. -Swimming pool wasn't clean. -Bathroom dustbin was broken.
