"Lovely private onsen as well as in-room onsen. Note that they no longer cater for halal options muslims."

The private onsen, including the in-room ones. Love the room and all the facilities. The best place to unwind and relax. We went during winter and the scenery outside was magical

They used to cater to Halal requirements - we saw someone shared on social media, hence why we decided to go for it. Unfortunately we were informed they no longer do. Since the stay was halfboard (comes with dinner and breakfast), we tried to pick and choose from what was served. The staff was kind enough to advice which food was cooked with mirin/sake and we stuck with seafood. Would have been a perfect experience otherwise. I would still recommend it to those who wish to experience traditional ryokan

酒店很有日式风格，装修比较新，格调很不错。温泉设施很好。

员工都不会英语，食物品质一般。另外可能由于游客过多，服务员有点顾不过来。

"Great experience - staff and meals were a highlight!"

The whole place looked magical especially when it was snowing on our arrival and during a few days of our stay. We stayed for a week of our honeymoon and the staff, meals and grounds were amazing day after day. The in room onsen was amazing to relax in on the cold days that we did venture out. The meals were varied every single morning and night. We can't wait to return!
