What a special stay in Japan! While our stay here was expensive it was totally worth it to experience an onsen town and ryokan. The rooms were very spacious with traditional fittings, the in-room onsen bath was such a highlight and worth every dollar. We had a room overlooking the river which was quiet and spectacular in the snow, and felt very secluded. The kaiseki style breakfast and dinners were amazingly generous and delicious. The opportunity to use the spa facilities and private onsen were wonderful. We left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed.

직원들도 친절하고, 아침식사와 저녁식사 모두 만족했습니다. 온천 이후에 즐길 수 있는 간식도 잘 갖추고 있어서 좋았습니다.

높은 가격을 지불했지만 웨이팅이 많아 전세탕은 전혀 이용할 수가 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 웨이팅 시스템에 대한 고민이 있으면 좋을 듯 합니다. 앞에서 무작정 기다리니까 힘들겠더라구요. 예를 들어 방안에서 웨이팅 상황을 볼 수 있는 등을 고려해주시면 좋을 듯 해요.

This hotel was the BEST during my whole Hokkaido trip! The private onsen was so great that me and my wife went a few times. Everything at the hotel was so good. From check in, our room, facilities and food. 90% of their guests are Korean, so we’re like in a mini Korea haha. We’ll surely be back if we have the chance to!
