"Wonderful and unique truly Japanese experience."

The hotel was stunning and having an in room mini onsen was wonderful. The food was outstanding and allowed us to try Japanese foods we might not have done. The ingredient quality was next level. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

No running water on our last morning with no explanation offered.

We loved the atmosphere and the private onsen experience. The view was breathtaking. The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful throughout our time there.
