Very beautiful view on the mountains. Great manager. Great food made by the hotel. Great room.

Staff was attentive and present at check in

Basement room is moldy and there was no WiFi despite the property advertising that there is WiFi

Clean room with an AC and hot water in the shower. The owner organized a tuktuk to the train station and allowed us to check-out at 5:00am for the first train to kandy.

Too expensive and not as pretty as the pictures.

Spacious facilities, comfy beds, lovely covered deck with views over the valley. Lovely 30min+ walk into town.

As we were driving a tuktuk the narrow steep access way was a slight challenge. But great parking at property.

This is a lovely property with an amazing view on the quiet outskirts of Badulla. Hasindu is an extremely cheerful, helpful host, and he is also a great cook! He helped us arrange everything we wanted to do and was very responsive to everything we needed help with. I would definitely stay here again!

I think Hasindu plans to try to remediate it, but the downstairs bedroom with two twin beds has a serious mold problem. The smell was intense, and you can see it on the walls. Make sure this has been fixed before you book that room! Also be aware that this place is a good distance out from the center of town, really not realistically walkable, so be ready to take some tuktuks.

Location is verry good and I recommended to my friends my cousins the place, Foods delicious, and staff very good friendly and always think about us, and find what we need, we dont want to find them, staff always find about us do us everything. I will Recomend Spring Vally for everyone.
