The wonderful Manager texted me in advance of my arrival time to confirm I was coming, he arranged a Tuktuk to meet me at Badulla Train Station, and greeted me upon my belated arrival ~ prepared a sumptuous breakfast, including early on my departure date, arranged a Tuktuk to take me to the Station ~ I loved the Property and elevated location overlooking lush Badulla.and the surrounding hills...

Not a cause for complaint ~ the Property amongst a varietal Residential Style comparatively luxurious, very tidy, comfortable and well appointed ~ but overall the effort and attention of the young 'one man' Manager can not be acknowledged enough...

Good hospitality kindly treated good staff and nice wives.

The hotel road is not very difficult to transport .

The location indicated on google was downtown, it's actually a couple of miles out of town. Picturesque location, but not where I thought I was staying.

Newly build. Clean. Good view from room.

Many!!! Very important. Location incorrect. very far from town. difficult road to reach. Unless you don't have requirements to go to town, you stay in. No nearby hotels, food. Request local breakfast and response was, expensive and even unable to provide before 7am. So we had to travel 5km to town to have breakfast and return before we go out for our planned work. No - towels, soap, tissues... provided after request it. Not even water. gave it after request. No table, chair anything other than bed. Simply go and sleep!!! So we had had make our own tea on the floor. Request ironing, and answer is to iron on the bed. Unless you want to hide, no point stay in. We checked-in 11pm. check-out 8am. So disappointment!

Its located far from everywhere. Ordered breakfast, that was in the end served cold ( should have been warm) in random order and was really no taste at all.
