The bathroom has leaking flush tank that drips water 24x7. Chance of slipping. Rooms have mould all around the walls. Bedsheets were not clean and specially pillow covers had stains on them. Extremely poor condition of room. This rooms was worth less then $20 a night and I paid $200 a night. Booking.com are losing their reputation by offering such a worst hotels on their platforms

Rooms size is good we are easily to walk , washroom is good and clean , location is too good

The area is for family and hotel is also safe for family, it's near about sangam, the rooms is good , very nice staff

I would have given it negative stars if I could. The experience was awful – dirty rooms, no hot water, filthy bed sheets, and an uncomfortable bed where you could feel the springs. I paid a premium price but got the value of a backpacker hostel.

The rooms are in pathetic condition. Could be compared to prison cells.

The location was decently ok.

1. Card payments were not accepted 2. Bed, linen were not clean and were never changed 3. No hot water 4. The bathroom was dirty with water leakages from many parts 5. Harassed me with cab booking. Made me almost lose my flight.

Bed was dirty, mosquitos, size of the bathroom. Room was not clean. Poor value for money

Bedsheets pillow covers and quilt cover were grimy. Bathroom smells of sewer and this drifted into the room. I would not complain if accomodation was cheap but this is unacceptable for close to AUD$220 per night, regardless of the Kumbh. I was amazed at the cleanliness of the rest of Prayagraj including the streets and the rivers and riverside toilets despite half a billion pilgrims during this festival. I don't care that advertised hotel inclusions were absent. Basic hygeine is expected at this price.
